Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
I have been granted a refund. When will I see the refund in my account?
Refunds will appear in your credit statement within 1-3 business days of placing an order on the same credit card used to place the order.
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
We take great pride in our products and go to great lengths to make sure every customer is fully satisfied with their order.
If you received a defective item and request a resend or refund, please send the details to support@mintycase.com within 15 days of delivery. Printing errors and broken products will be replaced free of charge.
If the item was received without any defects you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please note we will not refund or exchange orders if the picture the customer loaded was of low quality or resolution. It is the buyers responsibility to select proper, quality pictures.

Are import taxes and VAT included my order?
Import taxes and VAT are not included in the order. It is the buyers responsibility to pay any local customs fees and taxes. Orders that are sent back due to the buyer refusing to pay customs fees and taxes will not be refunded.
I entered the wrong address and my item was returned, what do I do?
Unfortunately we cannot refund an order if the buyer incorrectly placed their shipping address or did not pick up their order. It is the buyers responsibility to verify their shipping address when placing an order and notifying us immediately if any changes are needed to be made.
Where will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered to the address provided. In some cases you may need to go to your local post office for pick up depending on the way your local post office works. Minty Case is not responsible for items not collected and sent back.
Where can I check my order status?
To track your order status after your order has been placed please go to TRACK MY ORDER section on the website. Once your order has been shipped you will also receive a USPS tracking number.
What is your normal processing time?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48-72 business hours of ordering, Monday-Friday. If more than 4 business days have passed and you have not received a tracking number please email support@mintycase.com for assistance.

Do you offer bulk / wholesale discounts?
Yes, we offer quantity discounts starting at 10 units or more. If you are looking to make a bulk purchase email support@mintycase.com with your details and we will send you more information within 1 business day.
Do you offer free shipping?
All ordered over $30 USD after discounts are applied automatically classify for free domestic or international shipping.
What are my shipment options?
All US orders are sent with USPS first class shipping from our production facility in Wisconsin, United States. 85% of the continental US should expect their item to be delivered within 3 business days of shipment. Average total turnaround time for US orders ranges from 3-7 working days when factoring in production time.
International orders are sent with USPS international shipping. Average transit time for international orders ranges from 7-15 business days.
Every order is given a USPS tracking number to track delivery from ordering to delivery.
Will I receive a confirmation e-mail?
A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address within one minute of your order being placed. If you think you placed an order but did not receive an email confirmation please email support@mintycase.com with your full name and shipping address for additional assistance.
I already placed an order. Can I change it?
Most orders are processed, produced, and shipped within 24 hours of production, seven days a week.
If you require changes to your order please e-mail support@mintycase.com with your order number and requested changes.
Please note we cannot guarantee order can be changed after the order has been placed, produced, and shipped.
